Aaron J. Glade
Aaron was born and raised in Mankato and graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law, and due to his academic performance was invited into the Order of Coif. He is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Minnesota.
Since his admission to the bar in 2002, Aaron has practiced primarily in the area of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in cases involving the construction industry. Aaron brings unique experience and understanding to construction disputes, as he worked in the construction trade prior to his admission to the bar. He has substantial experience with mechanic’s liens and payment bond claims, as well as defending against construction malpractice claims.
While Aaron vigorously represents his clients through the litigation process, he also helps them avoid litigation by assisting them with contract drafting and negotiating, and attempting early dispute resolution.
In addition to commercial litigation, Aaron assists individuals and businesses with a variety of matters, including real estate, corporate, and collection.
As a long time resident of Mankato, it is important to Aaron to be actively involved with the community, including volunteer work through his church and a coach of youth sports. Aaron is also the past president of the local Habitat for Humanity affiliate.
