Kay L. Wallerich

kay-wallerich Kay L. WallerichKay joined Farrish Johnson in 2001, after moving to Minnesota from Nebraska. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and focuses her practice in all aspects of business formation and business law, commercial and residential real estate, consumer bankruptcy, and employment law.  Growing up in a small town in central Nebraska, Kay knows the importance of the small to mid-sized business, their growth potential, and how that impacts the future make up of the community. Kay has experience in regulatory banking compliance and employment law relating to human resource issues.

Kay graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha. Kay and her husband, Dan, reside in Mankato.
