Wade H. Abed II
Wade practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Wade assists
clients with complex business litigation, construction litigation, electrical accidents, general negligence, business law, and business and insurance issues.
Prior to joining Farrish Johnson in 2011, Wade worked for the Office of the Carver County Attorney, where he prosecuted criminal, civil, and juvenile cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. Wade also has experience with litigation and compliance issues for banking and financial institutions, real estate lending and brokerage law, and general business and corporate matters.
While earning his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, Wade was a member of the William Mitchell Law Review and was on the Dean’s List. Wade also participated in the Rosalie E. Wahl Moot Court, Business Law Practicum, and was Vice President of the William Mitchell Student Bar Association.
Wade grew up outside of Chicago, Illinois and attended college at the University of Wisconsin, Platteville. Wade enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor adventuring, traveling to national parks, hiking, and watching professional sports. Wade and his wife, Kellie, live in Mankato with their two sons.
