Wrongful Death Trial Begins
The heirs and next of kin of James Nibbe bring a wrongful death against Jennifer Nibbe. The lawsuit is seeking punitive damages for what they say is the wrongful and malicious death of James. Attorney Scott Kelly, in his opening statement, said the Nibbe family suffered a significant loss. The family was very close, very caring and loved each other very much.
